Yes! PaperTrl allows you to make payments from multiple bank accounts, so you can choose which payments come from which accounts.
PaperTrl enables you to assign and store payment terms to vendors. When you pay a bill, PaperTrl processes the payment term and bill date then determines the due date from that information.
In the event of a payment dispute or non-receipt, vendors can reach out to PaperTrl’s support team at support@papertrl.com or reach out directly to you! PaperTrl also provides comprehensive transaction records and audit trails to facilitate quick resolution.
Yes! PaperTrl delivers ACH payments to your bank immediately upon submission. So based on your bank’s cutoff times for Same Day ACH we ask you submit payments to PaperTrl one hour earlier.
Check fraud is the biggest culprit of payments fraud. To help protect your payments, PaperTrl ensures the following:
- We provide free onboarding services to switch to electronic and digital payments
- We provide payment instructions directly to financial institutions using encryption and secure data transmission methods
- We provide positive pay files to financial institutions for any checks that are delivered through the PaperTrl platform
- We provide controls on virtual card payments, including unique card numbers for each payment, single-use for each payment, and exact match to deny payments different from the specified amount.
- We provide a secure portal to collect bank account details for ACH from vendors
In the event of ERP or accounting system downtime, PaperTrl’s platform allows businesses to process payments directly through its cloud-based interface.
Yes, PaperTrl allows you to manage multiple entities within a single platform and single login. You can also manage permissions to define who gets access to which entities.
Never! PaperTrl does not hold your funds. Instead, as soon as you trigger a payment on the PaperTrl platform, we immediately issue payment instructions to your bank, who executes the payment directly from your account.
You can let us know what payments need to made by sharing a payments instructions file in CSV format. The file should contain the vendor codes, payment amounts, invoice numbers, and invoice details to provide vendors with remittance information.
Yes! We provide remittance information to vendors at no charge to you or the vendor! For checks, remittance information is provided on the check stub. For ACH and virtual card, remittance information is shared through email.
